Joff Sharpe
Josh is a senior advisor to PropTech company Excell and Inventure,
an LA based executive search company. Prior to this, he was CEO of
British Land PLC, a FTSE real estate investment trust. He founded
their flexible workspace start-up Storey. He also chaired property
management company PropTech company Vincinity. He’s a member of the
New York real estate council, and is a published author of business
topics, and has freelanced for Newsweek, Huffington Post and Hong
Kong South China Morning Post amongst others. His second edition of
“Who Dares Wins in Business” is coming out soon.
Phill Oliver
Phill is the Chief Business Development Officer of Excell Group.

years experience in the PropTech industry, having previously led
